THE LINDEN METHOD
The Linden Method was created by Charles Linden who had suffered from severe anxiety disorder, including symptoms of derealization.
At one point it got so unbearable that he was hospitalized and put on heavy medication to cover the symptoms.
Charles explains that anxiety is not a mental disorder or a subconscious disturbance merely but the primary cause is an over-activity in the amygdala section of the brain.
The Linden Method is highly advised because it is the only doctor, psychologist and government recommended program. It has worked for over 155,350 people (a living proof of its power) who have used it with a success rate of around 96%. It works on the premise of uprooting and eliminating anxiety symptoms, usually in less than 30 days by rewiring neural pathways in the brain and lowering amygdala activity.
